How do I reset my password?

Whenever I try to log into TalentBin it says my password is incorrect, what should I do?

Password Reset Instructions

1. Make sure you're using the right email address as well. It should be the email you have chosen to associate with your TalentBin account, typically a company email address.

Also, the password won't be your email password but your TalentBin password. You are probably seeing this error message:

2. If you need to reset your password, just click on the "Recover Password" link. (See image below)

3. On the "Forgot your password?" screen, enter your email address and click the "Send" button. (See image below)

4. After you sent your password recover request, you will see a confirmation message. (See image below)

5. If the email address that you entered matches an existing TalentBin account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. (See image below)

6. Click the link in the password reset email, to change your TalentBin password. Enter your new password twice, then click the "Submit" button. NOTE:  Your new password must contain at least one number and/or symbol and your new password must be different from your current password. (See image below)

7. You will either get redirected to TalentBin or to Monster Hiring. If you get redirected to Monster Hiring, log in to TalentBin by simply clicking the "here" link in the yellow, "Looking for TalentBin?" banner. (See image below)

Please Note: If you don't see the password reset email, please check your spam folder!
