Agency and Company Templates

The default templates in TalentBin are now customized based on whether you're going to use TalentBin to recruit for one company or multiple company (aka an agency model).

Initial Setup
The first time you log into TalentBin, you'll be asked to enter your company and user information.

A new question appears asking you to choose whether you're recruiting for one company or multiple companies.

Choose one option and click 'Save and continue' to move forward through the guided setup.

Don't worry, you can always change your setting later if you wish.

Change your Setting
To change your setting, simply click on the the arrow to the right of your name in the top right corner and choose 'Account preferences.' Then select 'Update recruiter and company information'.

Here, once again, you have the option to set your recruiting templates.

Note: We do not delete your old recruiting templates so if you change your setting, you will end up with two copies of your default templates. This would be a way to use both if there are instances where you recruit for a single company and also times where you act as an agency and wish to use both types of templates.

If not, you can always delete the templates you're no longer using by clicking the x button next to each one on the right.

Let's take a look at one of the templates, the Generic Engineering Role - 1 - Outreach #1 and the Generic Engineering Role - 1 - Outreach #1 (Agency) template, to note the differences:

Figure Five: the Generic Engineering Role - 1 - Outreach #1 (Agency) Template.

Note: In the agency version, the language mentions that the agency recruiter is recruiting on behalf of a specific client. The square brackets allow you to specify this each time before sending out and prevent you from sending it without this customized content.
